While eating a sandwich, he bit into something hard and metallic that broke his molar. He spat out the bite to understand what it was and realized that a nail had ended up in the filling of a hamburger .

It happened in a fast food chain in Cassino (Frosinone), and unfortunately for the man that was not the only nail inside the sandwich. Another had swallowed it : shortly after breaking the molar, in fact, the man accused severe pain in his abdomen and was rushed to the hospital where he is still hospitalized with a confidential prognosis . Doctors underwent urgent surgery to remove the foreign body.

On the spot, in addition to the ambulance that assisted the man and took him in code red to the hospital, the police officers also intervened, who immediately ordered the closure of the place and seized any food present in the kitchens to reconstruct what happened and in cold rooms.
