The Prime Minister, Mario Draghi, has signed the Dpcm which indicates the commercial activities in which from February 1st it will be possible to continue to access without a green pass: in the list the supermarkets and food shops, pharmacies, parapharmacies, health, opticians, l '' purchase of fuels, products for animals and for heating.

Without a pass it will also be possible to enter the judicial or public security offices to file complaints.

It will not be possible, without a pass, to go to a post office to collect the pension. Therefore, the provision included in the draft was skipped, with which "essential and primary needs" were considered "essential and urgent needs" connected to the collection, at the branches of Poste Italiane Spa and authorized credit institutions, of pensions or emoluments in any case called non-subjects with the obligation of accreditation ".

Without the green pass, in particular, it will be possible to go to hypermarkets to shop, but it will not be allowed to buy non-primary goods. Or you can go to the police station, but only to file a complaint and not to renew your passport.

"In the current emergency context" the only exempt activities can be "only those of a food and basic necessity, health, veterinary, justice and personal safety".

And to meet the "food and basic necessities" it will be possible to access, as well as in grocery stores, also in "non-specialized" ones, but "with a prevalence of food and beverage products" such as hypermarkets, supermarkets, discount stores, mini markets and other "various food" establishments, while wine bars where it is also possible to drink and eat are excluded.

Access without a pass is also allowed at petrol stations, in shops selling wood, pellets and all types of fuel for domestic use and for heating, "specialized and non-specialized businesses in sanitation articles", pharmacies, parapharmacies and other items "specialized for the sale of medical, orthopedic and optical items also not subject to medical prescription ".

The measures will be in force from the effective date of the Dpcm and in any case no later than 1 February, the date on which the duration of the green pass will also change, which will go from 9 to 6 months.
