The black Fiat Punto in which Giulia Cecchettin and her ex-boyfriend Filippo Turetta were "was still moving at least until last night" .

This was stated by the criminologist Edoardo Genovese, who is currently assisting the families of the two missing 22-year-olds. The car, which on Saturday night had been registered in transit on the borders between Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia, was intercepted one last time last night, leaving or entering an electronic targsystem gate in an area of the upper province of Belluno .

So far, however, investigations in that area have brought no results.

There has been no news of the two boys since Saturday, when they had dinner together in a restaurant in a shopping center in Marghera (Venice). They had been engaged for a few months, the breakup occurred in August, which he had not accepted, according to what was reported by Giulia's father , who was very worried: «Filippo's parents – his words – told me that in the last few days the boy ate at barely, he was very down in the dumps. I fear this may have something to do with the disappearance and it scares me a lot."

In the meantime, Giulia's father and Filippo's parents appeared together in front of the cameramen and read, separately, two short statements: in both they addressed their children, asking them to contact them as soon as possible and made an appeal to anyone who noticed the Fiat Punto Nera led by Filippo to report the matter to the police.

" Filippo was completely normal these days, even the last day we saw him he seemed fine " said his father, Nicola Turetta, "we love Filippo and we love Giulia, we just want them to return home" , concluded the boy's mother.

" Guys, contact us or go home ", this was the brief appeal made by Gino Cecchettin, Giulia's father. «We don't know where they are and who sees them - he added speaking to journalists - we ask to report them to the police or call us on the numbers published on social media. The car is the black Fiat Punto."

Giulia's maternal aunt, Elisa Camerotto, also launched an appeal, addressing Filippo directly: «You have a responsibility towards Giulia, stop, call your parents or ask someone for help, don't worry. Giulia is a delicate girl, we are waiting for her at home, we are waiting for Giulia and you at home, and your parents are also waiting for you."

The deployment of forces in the field for the research of young people is impressive. Investigations are underway by the Carabinieri on some bloodstains , about ten, found yesterday in the industrial area of Fossò, (Venice), a town 6 kilometers away from Giulia's home, in Vigonovo, where on Saturday evening, around 11pm, a cell phone had connected Turetta's cell phone for the last time. A witness also spoke of a car argument between the two boys in the parking lot in front of Giulia's house . These are all elements that make us fear the worst: but the two families continue to hope.
