Falls from a basket on the construction site, 41-year-old worker dies

A 41-year-old worker of Brazilian origin died this afternoon on a construction site in Turin.

The accident in via Caprera 46, in the Santa Rita district. Fire Brigade, Carabinieri, Spresal inspectors on site.

According to the first reconstructions, the victim would have fallen while he was in a basket, engaged in the renovation of a roof of a religious building of Maria Santissima Consolatrice. He died instantly, with his head crushed.

A little over a month ago, on 18 December, in Turin, the three victims on a construction site in via Genova, who fell from a 40-meter-high crane, during the preparation for the refurbishment of a roof.
