He criticizes a place by leaving a negative review online because he was "placed to eat next to gays", albeit "sober", and a "boy in a wheelchair".

The place in question is the "Le Vignole" pizzeria in Sant'Angelo Lodigiano (Lodi), which for years has organized the "suspended pizza... for a smile" initiative for families of disabled children, with the collaboration of the "Parents friends" associations of the disabled” and “The Beetle”. And the owner responds firmly and courteously to the customer, inviting him not to return again.

In the review, in which he gives the restaurant only one star, the customer admits that "the pizza was excellent and the dessert was excellent", but complains about the neighbors at the table. «They put me to eat next to some gay men, I didn't notice it immediately because they were composed, and a boy in a wheelchair who ate with difficulty. I'm sorry, but I didn't feel at ease."

The response of the owner, Giovanna Pedretti: «Dear customer, we appreciate your commitment to evaluating our service through your review. Despite this, I wanted to point out that our place is open to everyone and the requirements we ask of our guests are education and respect towards everyone. Your words of contempt towards guests who don't seem to have bothered you seem to me to be gratuitous and rather unpleasant malice. I would also like to underline that her annoyed look towards a boy in a wheelchair did not go unnoticed... Having said that, given this human baseness and poor taste, I believe that our place is not for her. We do not select our clients based on sexual orientation, much less disability. I kindly ask you not to come back to us unless you find within yourself the human requirements that were missing in your attitude."
