A 14-year-old boy riding his scooter struck and killed a pedestrian who was crossing at a crosswalk.
The accident occurred yesterday evening in Romano d'Ezzelino (Vicenza). The victim, an 85-year-old man, died instantly, while the minor, a resident of the Treviso area, was taken to the emergency room in serious condition and in shock.
