Criminal conspiracy, corruption, incitement to corruption and forgery of public documents.

These are the charges to which the owner of four driving schools in the Brescia area will have to answer, having ended up in the sights of the Traffic Police, the Provincial Police and the Guardia di Finanza soldiers as part of an investigation which made it possible to ascertain a long series of irregularities aimed at illicitly obtain type B driving licenses and driver qualification cards (CQC) for the professional driving of heavy goods vehicles for third parties.

In total there are four precautionary measures ordered by the judiciary - against the man and his supporters - but the suspects are around sixty in total.

According to what was reported in the local press, not only did the driving schools that came under investigation manage to fraudulently obtain, upon payment, driving licenses and other documents, falsely certifying the candidates' participation in the planned compulsory training course, but - they explain the investigators - a "telephone operator"-prompter was also made available to the "clients" - among the first cases identified in Italy - who helped the candidates remotely - through microcameras and earphones - to pass the theory exams.

Under investigation by investigators there would be over 2,000 licenses of all types, obtained in Brescia and its province by people who turned to the illegal network from all over Italy.

As part of the investigation , assets worth around one million euros were also seized .
