"See you in the morgue", "we'll kill your family and then we'll skin you alive". These are just some of the threats sent, between October 2020 and January 2021 , to the Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, by four people for whom the Rome Public Prosecutor has ordered direct summons for trial .

The letters, which also arrived anonymously to the minister's secretariat, had as their object the government's policies against Covid . Against the suspects, all men between the ages of 56 and 36 and residing in Cagliari , Milan, Turin and Enna, the anti-terrorism prosecutor Gianfederica Dito, coordinated by the deputy Michele Prestipino, disputes the crime of aggravated threats .

THE RECONSTRUCTION - Based on what was reconstructed by the Nas carabinieri who carried out the investigations, about fifty emails were sent to the head of the Health Department in three months. No links emerged between the four .

In some emails, sent from fictitious accounts, you can read phrases such as "you have to go to the electric chair", "shut your mouth or I'll cut your tongue, and there are those who write" you will pay dearly for the terror you are doing "or "You will have to go to jail for the deaths you caused".

For the four the trial was set for 20 September in front of the single judge of the Court of Rome.
