Dismissed for denying the pandemic.

The protagonist is a 65-year-old dentist from Udine, Antonio Miclavez, whose name has been eliminated from the register of doctors and surgeons for his theses defined by the Disciplinary College of the Order as "absurd, paradoxical, lacking in evidence and direct experience, minorities, belonging to that anti-vaccination and denier vein of the existence of the pandemic, not verified and highly interpreted ".

The disciplinary procedure, confirmed the president of the Order of Doctors and Surgeons of Udine, Gian Luigi Tiberio, was opened because "several reports were received from the whole region and from the rest of Italy", relating to what was said by the doctor, candidate in the past with his own list for mayor of Udine. Among the phrases, those concerning Covid-19, "a fake state news", the vaccines "an extremely harmful filth", the official epidemiological data, "fake statistics".

"It is the provision itself that speaks - says Tiberio - and the disciplinary procedure is an important and delicate moment, which deserves the solemnity requested". In the disciplinary device, the Order, while admitting (only in principle) that "the debate on vaccines is always accepted", underlines that "it is recalled that in the field of vaccines Fnomceo, the National Federation of surgeons and dentists, has adopted a particularly severe attitude, with the approval of specific guidelines, establishing that it is a deontological illegal to advise against its use and therefore to express any opposition whatsoever ".

Miclavez now has thirty days to lodge an appeal with the Central Commission for Healthcare Professionals in Rome, which will issue the definitive sentence after an "appeal" trial phase. Apparently he's going to do battle.
