According to what has been learned from judicial and penitentiary circles , the decision of the FAI exponent, who reached the 117th day of his hunger strike, was taken in order to be able to arrive "lucidly" at the February 24 hearing in the Cassation and after the opinion with which the pg asked for the revocation of 41 bis, the regime in which he finds himself and against which he is protesting.
From the end of January, immediately after his transfer from the maximum security prison of Sassari to the clinical center of the Milanese prison of Opera, he went on with water, at least three liters a day, sugar or salt.
