The guarantee interrogation of Matteo Di Pietro, the 20-year- old under house arrest on charges of vehicular homicide at the wheel of the SUV that ran over a Smart killing a 5-year-old boy in Casal Palocco in Rome, lasted about an hour and a half .

The young man appeared before the investigating judge Angela Gerardi and according to what is learned he answered the judge's questions: "I would like to go back," he said.

Meanwhile , the youtuber friends who were aboard the SUV unload all responsibility for the speed on him , i.e. 124 km/h, reached in a matter of seconds, at the moment of impact with the Smart.

The deed cites the testimony of one of the boys who was aboard the rented car: "I was sitting in the central rear seat of the Lamborghini - essentially said the witness - I wasn't looking at the road because I was filming myself with the cameras and I asked questions to those who were with me: 'who likes this car?' and then after I finished I asked Matteo to go slowly ».

And again: «I definitely had the perception that we were traveling at a speed between 50 and 100 km/h. I was sure of it once I saw the Smart. Also another boy who was on board had recommended to Matteo to go slowly both a few minutes before the accident and in the previous days. At the time of the incident I was recording with the small camera while another friend was using the large one. Matteo knew he was being filmed but did not interact with the camera », added the witness.
