Priest arrested for sexual assault on a minor
Stopped by the Carabinieri, he must answer for harassment that occurred between 2015 and 2020.

A priest was arrested in the province of Cosenza by Carabinieri officers from the Reggio Calabria Company on charges of sexual assault against a minor, pursuant to a precautionary custody order issued by the Reggio Calabria investigating judge.
The priest is under investigation for incidents dating back to 2015-2016 and continuing until 2020, after the young man, who was 16 at the time, reached the age of majority.
The investigation also documented that, even after transferring to a parish in the province of Cosenza, the priest continued to work with minors.
