"The certainty is a woman with blond hair, 100% certainty." This is what a witness who was in Garlasco during the hours in which Chiara Poggi's murder took place stated, in an interview aired during the first episode of "Filorosso," broadcast on Rai 3.

The man was in Garlasco on August 13, 2007 , and—as emphasized during the interview— he had already formally submitted his statements to the Carabinieri last year, but they apparently did not receive adequate attention.

The witness, waiting for a work appointment scheduled for 10 a.m., was walking through Garlasco when he came across a woman on a bicycle.

A memory the witness describes as "vivid" and unchanged over time : "I have such strong flashes in my mind that I can't change them." He then recounts alleged intimidation after speaking out : "They rang my doorbell and told me to mind my own business, that I shouldn't know anything about Garlasco," he concluded.
