Cesara Buonamici reports her brother Cesare for stalking.

The olive oil entrepreneur was sent to trial by investigating judge Agnese Di Girolamo on charges of having persecuted his sister, a television journalist, and her husband Joshua Kalman.
The alleged harassment began in 2020, according to the prosecutor's office, following disagreements over the management of the property on the hills of Fiesole, in the province of Florence, partly co-owned by the two brothers, partly exclusively, including the villa, the olive grove and the farm.

The trial will open on October 2, 2025. Numerous episodes contested by the journalist, assisted by the lawyer Elisa Baldocci: Cesare Buonamici, defended by the lawyer Massimo Megli, allegedly diverted the company's cameras to the house where his sister lives with her husband, in order to spy on her, according to the prosecution. He then attempted to access information on bank accounts, having his mother accompany him to the bank, an attempt that failed due to the refusal of the bank manager to provide unauthorized information.

"I have never stalked anyone, much less my sister," Cesare Buonamici defends himself. "I believe I have always acted with respect for everyone, especially my sister, who, despite the current disagreements, remains so. I have always gotten along with her, except in the last three years, for a patrimonial dispute regarding the villa in Montebeni," explains the entrepreneur who, after the complaint, rejects all accusations: "I have never used cameras to spy: the video cameras installed in the villa are authorized and designed for everyone's safety. I have never occupied rooms or spaces in the house without right or consent, nor have I prevented the celebration of my sister's wedding, which took place in the villa also thanks to my support. I have never stalked anyone, much less my sister, and it is profoundly unfair that my work and my lifelong reputation are being called into question by these unfounded accusations."

"It is painful to see a lifetime's work sullied by a dispute over the family villa's assets, a matter that has yet to be proven ," she continues. "This conflict stems from a fight three years ago, which was instrumental in pushing me to give up my half of the house, the only one I own and where I live, without compensation." Finally, "I still hope that we can reach an agreement that satisfies both parties, and that my sister can return to her job as a journalist, perhaps also reporting on nature and oil that represent our territory so much."
