The three Sardinian minor league footballers who on 6 February 2022 molested an Olympic athlete in Rome , in the Trastevere area, are accused of gang sexual violence .
The defendants requested and obtained summary judgment and the preliminary hearing judge set the hearing for March.
The three - Erminio Coni and Andrea Finotto, 38 years old, Alessio Costella, 36 - recognized the champion in the club and approached her asking to take a photo together. At that point the abuse would have started.
The police then intervened in the room following a heated argument between the 3 and the girl's friends.
