Italy-Norway, Caprile back in the stands: no call-up
As in Moldova, the Cagliari goalkeeper is not included in Gattuso's 23-man squad.

Elia Caprile was not called up for Italy vs. Norway. As was the case on Thursday in Moldova , the Cagliari goalkeeper was left out of the 23-man squad notified to UEFA for tonight's match (8:45 PM at the San Siro). Gianluigi Donnarumma, expected to return to the starting lineup, is among the goalkeepers, with Marco Carnesecchi and Guglielmo Vicario as reserves. This concludes the Rossoblu goalkeeper's first call-up to the national team with two stands, although he was able to train all week under Gennaro Gattuso.
Cagliari's Nicolò Barella, who missed the match three days ago due to suspension, is back . He has taken the number 18, worn on Thursday by his Inter teammate Francesco Pio Esposito, who scored the decisive 0-2 win (he will wear the number 15 today). In addition to Caprile, the other two players excluded were the previously announced Riccardo Calafiori, who returned to Arsenal to recover from an injury, and Sandro Tonali, who is still on a booking.
