And to understand, in short, whether it is possible to appoint the general managers even in the face of a Constitutional Court ruling that struck down the law that served to torpedo the old managers and replace them with commissioners, whom the presidency has already revoked . The governor could show the lawyers' work directly to her councilors and then proceed with the appointment of the twelve.

Blitz hypothesis

Some are talking about a possible raid, partly to catch off guard those who are pushing for a decision with every possible guarantee. For Democratic Party group leader Roberto Deriu, "there are those among us who are more concerned with closing the issue, and those who think that hasty closure will cause damage."
