Saturday, August 2nd will be an evening of intense emotion: the first edition of the Gigi Riva Trophy will take place at the Unipol Domus, a year and a half after the passing of the Legend. For the occasion, Cagliari will take to the field in a friendly against French side Saint-Étienne, the team against whom the Rossoblù made their Champions Cup debut in 1970. Tickets for the evening will go on sale from 4:00 PM today, kicking off at 7:00 PM (the match at 8:30 PM) with an artistic and musical event featuring various artists.

In the first phase, until 11:59 PM tomorrow, all season ticket holders who purchased their season ticket on July 16th will be able to take advantage of the pre-emption period reserved for "Islanders" memberships. Season ticket holders who purchased their season ticket today will be able to exercise this right on Friday. Currently, 11,500 season tickets have been purchased, with two more weeks to reach last season's 13,500 mark .

General sales begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 19. Tickets are €20 in the stands, €25 in the Lateral Stands, €30 in the Central Stands, €40 in the Blue Stand, and €50 in the Red Stand. Discounts are available for women, over-65s, and under-18s in the Central Stands and stands, while under-12s pay €2 in all sectors until seats are filled. The away stand is €20.

Tickets for the Gigi Riva Trophy can be purchased at authorized TicketOne retailers and on the company's online platform . The advance ticket price is €2 across all sales channels. On matchday, ticket changes can be made no later than four hours before the start of the event (i.e., by 3:00 PM). The Cagliari-Saint-Étienne match will be the only pre-season match in Sardinia, ahead of the Coppa Italia debut on August 16.
