Fedez returns to social media and breaks the silence that lasted for days and which has aroused great concern for his health from fans . With a series of "stories" on Instagram, he explains first of all that he did not like the spread of news about his family "that does not correspond to the truth".

He then explains what happened to him: « When I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer , privileged as I may be, it was a traumatic event and only today I realized how much I didn't take care of my mental health relying only on psychotropic drugs until I found one that really wasn't right for me."

He was prescribed a "very strong antidepressant , which changed me, agitated me and gave me side effects to the point of causing nervous tics in my mouth" . So the interruption, without escalating it, «and it caused me the so-called rebound effect: cognitive blurring, muscle spasms in the legs, dizziness, headache. I'm not 100 per cent yet but I'm getting better day after day».

In this period, Fedez still says through tears, " I understood how much I want to focus on my mental health, on my family and on my wife, the only one who has been by my side and I'm sorry that she had to suffer a media storm undeserved". Finally an invitation: «Take care of your mental health, if you don't do it, your wounds will claim the need to be treated».
