Massimo Cellino's Brescia risks automatic relegation to Serie C, with the possible penalty for administrative irregularities , and in the city there is increased attention for public order. The police are monitoring the club's headquarters, but also the sports center in Torbole Casaglia and the house of the former president of Cagliari himself.

Yesterday the investigation by the Federal Prosecutor's Office was closed, which could lead to Brescia being penalized in the standings and consequently being banned from Serie B. Cellino has announced a battle on the sports and non-sports justice front: he claims to have been defrauded by a company in Milan , from which he claims to have purchased tax credits discounted by 20% to pay contributions for November, December, January and February for over 1 million and 400 thousand euros. Which, however, are non-existent for the Revenue Agency.

For this reason, Brescia has filed a complaint with the Public Prosecutor's Office against the Milanese company, which has its headquarters in Via Montenapoleone. Cellino reiterates that he was defrauded and his lawyers - who are preparing an appeal to the Federal Prosecutor's Office to avoid penalties and therefore relegation to Serie C - assure that they have the accounting of the payments made . In the meantime, the Public Prosecutor's Office of Brescia is also evaluating the matter with the hypothesis that it was an undue compensation.

Meanwhile, this evening the organized fans have planned a demonstration outside the Palazzo della Loggia, the seat of the Municipality , for 8 pm. If Brescia were to be penalized, they would be relegated to Serie C with Frosinone, safe in the play-offs between Salernitana and Sampdoria.
