The ballet of nominations ends today. The 21 and 22 August are the two days dedicated to the presentation of the lists in the chancelleries of the Courts of Appeal. With four names to be identified for as many colleges and at least three armored posts in the proportional lists, Fratelli d'Italia is the political force that has the most to lose, and therefore also the only one in the center-right still struggling with decisive decisions related to the joints in the uninominal and plurinominal.

The only certainty has the outgoing deputy Salvatore Deidda who will be the leader for the Chamber. For the Senate it could first be the regional coordinator of the party Antonella Zedda , who, however, was also asked for the willingness to run on the majority, in the South Sardinia boarding school. It is unlikely that he will have a double candidacy because FdI prefers to have all his players take to the field.

The colleges of FdI

The other three uninominals assigned to Giorgia Meloni's party are South Sardinia (Sulcis-Medio Campidano) for the Chamber, Nuoro-Oristano-Ogliastra for the Chamber, North Sardinia for the Senate. In the first, the councilor for the Environment Gianni Lampis could be running, or the former regional councilor Gigi Rubiu , or the councilor to Seui Manuela Lai . Some perplexity, according to what transpires, exists on the possible candidacy of the commissioner, and is linked to the risk that the Brothers of Italy will end up no longer being represented in the Solinas Council.

The college of Nuoro-Oristano should be reserved for the group leader in the Regional Council Francesco Mura , but the names of the former mayor of Oristano Andrea Lutzu , the former regional councilor Gianni Tatti and the lawyer Laura Sanna are also mentioned. For the North Sardinia Senate, the choice could fall on Giovannino Satta , a Roman ophthalmologist of Sardinian origins. Among the women eligible for a second place in the Chamber are the deputy mayor of Ozieri Barbara Polo , that of La Maddalena Federica Porcu , the municipal councilor of Cagliari Enrica Anedda .

Interlocutions

It is not excluded that FdI sells a college. Negotiations are underway with the Reformers, and if the agreement (we are talking about a federative pact) satisfies the parties, the group leader in the Regional Council Michele Cossa could be a candidate in South Sardinia for the Senate.

Closed games

Yesterday the League solved the knot of the Sassari-Olbia college for the Chamber, the last one that prevented the completion of the list of candidacies . The choice fell on the regional coordinator of the party Dario Giagoni , who came out as the winner from a tough tussle with the transport councilor Giorgio Todde. The lists also closed in Forza Italia.
