Calenda: "Agreement reached with Renzi on basic issues"

After yesterday's phone calls, today many expected the meeting between Matteo Renzi and Carlo Calenda in view of a possible alliance for the political elections in September . But the leader of Action actually made it clear that a real appointment “has not been fixed, we have seen each other the last few days, now the staff are moving forward to work but we are in touch. On the basic issues, however, an agreement has been reached and now we are discussing other relevant things ".

On the center-right front, in the meantime, Silvio Berlusconi announces his candidacy for the Senate, "so we'll all be happy - he told Radio Anch'io -, after receiving pressure from many, including Forza Italia".
