Cagliari's training camp has been shut down for a few hours, ahead of the crucial relegation clash against Cremonese. The Rossoblu, who had been at the Crai Sport Center in Assemini since Monday, were able to leave the Rossoblu headquarters after today's training session. They will return tomorrow morning, with a session scheduled for the afternoon, and remain there until the decisive match on Saturday at 3:00 PM at the Unipol Domus .
Leonardo Pavoletti did not participate in today's training session, having limited himself to individualized work. The striker and captain, who already missed the match against Sassuolo last Saturday, continues his recovery program. He is, however, part of the group that has been in retreat since Easter Monday, a decision made following last Saturday's devastating defeat in Reggio Emilia against Sassuolo , with Cagliari now three points clear of the relegation zone.
For the rest of the team, a session began with work in the gym, followed by drills focusing on technique and possession. This was followed by developmental play and themed matches, concluding high-intensity matches. Saturday's Cagliari-Cremonese match will be a near-defeat: the Unipol Domus is heading for a sellout .
