Cagliari has qualified for the Coppa Italia round of 16, where they will face Napoli away. They defeated Frosinone 4-1 at Unipol Domus, in a match (decided in the final quarter) in which Fabio Pisacane fielded an alternative lineup, resulting in Borrelli and Cavuoti scoring their first goals for the Rossoblu.
