"There is a huge concern and a lot of discomfort due to this umpteenth measure which is also having a strongly negative impact on end users ".
"In addition to the critical issues related both to the sustained recovery in progress and to speculative maneuvers - the appeal still reads -, the situation is particularly heavy for those companies that have guaranteed citizens to be able to take advantage of the concessions, through the discount on the invoice or the acquisition of credit directly from the consumer, and who now find themselves with the difficulty, if not the impossibility, of assigning the credit in turn, with negative repercussions on cash flows, business planning and employment ".
The trade association spoke of "perverse effects" of the rules, "which cause a block in the operations of many honest and responsible companies. Situation that, in fact, produces negative repercussions on citizens and consumers who have relied on the possibility of using the facility to adapt their properties to the highest standards of energy efficiency and seismic safety ".
"This block of operations, in addition to not guaranteeing a fast green transition which represents one of the most ambitious projects of the European Union - emphasizes Confartigianato -, risks cooling the much-desired economic recovery and, consequently, the positive trend of GDP also in Sardinia ".
"It is desirable that the rules in question be rapidly revised and modified to allow the full resumption of activities, now effectively suspended due to the uncertainty that has arisen - concluded Lai - the rules, while maintaining adequate controls on the 'goodness '' of the subjects operating in the field of credit assignments, must allow an adequate number of transactions between those participating in the intervention chain and, in any case, always admit the possibility of assignments to financial intermediaries registered in the relative registers ".
