"This new sculpture is for me the most enigmatic and, I admit, disturbing - explains Salvatore Garau, a native of Santa Giusta - Painting is no longer enough for me, alone, to describe what is happening around us on the entire planet. . Today the immaterial 'matter' of my sculptures, for me, has the power to evoke, like no other, the fears that invade our existence and condition our future. Absence, more than presence, emphasizes our dramas and is the absolute protagonist of our times ”.

The works of Garau, who has been a sculptor and painter for over 40 years, have been exhibited all over the world.
