Masashi Ozawa, known as "Killer Khan", has died at the age of 76. World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) announced the news.

In the 1980s, the Japanese athlete and showman - but of Mongolian origin - «was an imposing figure in the ring - recalls WWE on its website - and highlighted his career with memorable rivalries against legends such as Bob Backlund, Pedro Morales, Andre the Giant, Hulk Hogan and others."

After his wrestling career ended in 1988, Ozawa had purchased a restaurant in Tokyo.
