USA, protester sets himself on fire in front of the Israeli consulate
A guard tried to stop him, in vain. A Palestinian flag was found next to it
A protester is in critical condition after setting himself on fire in a "political protest" outside the Israeli consulate in Atlanta, Georgia.
ABC reports it.
A security guard tried to stop him, in vain.
The authorities specify that there is no link with terrorism and that "the incident is probably an extreme act of political protest". A Palestinian flag was found near the injured man.
