US, Supreme Court Rejects Trump on USAID Funds: "They Must Be Restored"

The Supreme Court has struck down Donald Trump on USAID , ruling that the $2 billion in payments owed to contractors who have already completed their work must be restarted.
The ruling , with five votes in favor and four against, rejected the American president's request to dismiss the order of the lower court.
The Court's ruling is important because it comes from the highest American judicial body, composed of a majority of judges appointed by Trump himself. The case arose after the appeal of two important USAID contractors, the AIDS Vaccine Advocacy Coalition and the Global Health Council. Both had turned to a local court to contest the stop to the funds, put "on leave" by the US president.
