At least three people were injured in a Russian attack in the east-central Ukrainian city of Dnipro that hit a residential building. This was announced by the Ukrainian Interior Minister. “Three people required medical assistance,” Igor Klymenko wrote in Telegram, adding that the raid hit “a multi-story building”.

“In Dnipro, a Russian missile hit a multi-story residential building. This is the true face of Russia: a terrorist state that continues to wage war against unarmed civilians. There will be justice for this and other Russian war crimes. All those responsible will have to answer for it", the foreign minister's harsh Twitter post
