Subsequently, the head of the Kharkiv military garrison, Serhiy Melnyk, announced that Russian forces attacked the city with Kh-22 and S-300 long-range missiles. Ukrinform reports it.

“The enemy is once again striking from the Belgorod area, with S-300 and Kh-22 missiles,” Melnyk wrote, urging residents to stay in shelters until the alarm goes away.
