Shock in California, 3 years old shoots and kills little sister

Another shocking tragedy in the United States.

In San Diego, California, a little girl was killed by her little brother of three. According to police reports, the little boy fired a gunshot, fatally wounding his one-year-old sister.

Once the rescue was triggered, the little girl was taken to the hospital, but the doctors declared her dead. The bullet had hit her in the head.

There have been at least 221 unintentional shootings by children in the United States this year, leaving 78 dead and 151 injured, according to gun violence prevention organization Everytown for Gun Safety.
