She drinks dish soap instead of juice, dies elderly in RSA

An elderly guest at a California nursing home died after drinking dish soap instead of fruit juice . CNN reports it.

The woman was 93 years old .

The management of the facility confirmed that two other guests were transported to the hospital for intoxication after they were accidentally given the detergent.

It is not clear how the detergent ended up in place of the juice.

The police have opened an investigation . The RSA has also launched an internal investigation .
