These are the words said to her father Silvano by Claudia Chessa, the 18-year-old from Arzachena who fell from the balcony of a hotel in La Valletta where she was on a study holiday with her boyfriend and a friend. The young woman's parent reported this, leaving Milan to join her daughter who is still hospitalized at the Policlinico in La Valletta. Shedding light on what happened before the fall are the words that the 18-year-old reportedly told her family, who informed the Maltese authorities. According to the reconstruction, during an argument, the boy allegedly attacked and beat her, biting her and pulling her hair .
The story dates back to last Wednesday when Silvia Chessa fell from the fourth floor of a hotel in Malta. With her was her 28-year-old boyfriend who – after the incident – was questioned by the police and was heard in court , where he was fined for drug abuse. The young man was allowed to return to Italy and return to Arzachena, where the girl also lives.
Chessa, now hospitalized in the Orthopedics department of the Mater Dei Polyclinic, will undergo back surgery tomorrow. Her sister remained with her, waiting for the arrival of the rest of the family.
