Israeli Chief of Staff Eyal Zamir commented on the assassination of Hamas spokesman Abu Obeida and threatened to target the group's leaders abroad as well.
"Most of the Hamas leadership now resides abroad; we will reach them too." Several Hamas leaders are currently in both Qatar and Turkey, including Khaled Meshaal, Khalil al-Hayya, and Razi Hammad.
