Ten people arrested and thousands of euros seized.

It is the outcome of an operation conducted by the Algerian authorities to dismantle an organization specialized in encouraging illegal emigration by sea to the European coasts, including that of Sardinia .

The one between Algeria and the island is, in fact, one of the main "routes" followed by migrant boats trying to enter Italy without permission.

The operation - reports Algerian state television - took place in the province of Tipaza, west of the capital Algiers.

Police and coast guard in action. From what has been learned, among the ten people who ended up in handcuffs there were also four organizers of "illegal" trips.

The raid began before a departure, from a rocky beach in Bouharoun, where a pleasure boat and life jackets were confiscated on a rocky beach.

Sums of money of almost 600 thousand dinars , around six thousand euros, were recovered.
