Giorgia Meloni blows out 48 candles on her cake. A birthday, that of the Prime Minister, spent in Abu Dhabi, in the United Arab Emirates, to attend the Sustainability Week and to sign a cooperation agreement on green energy with the local government and that of Albania.

And there was an unscheduled event: Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama paid homage to Meloni by kneeling down and giving her a scarf. “You have to stop this story,” Meloni smiled before embracing the Albanian leader who has repeatedly spoken of her as “sister.” Rama explained that the scarf was made by an Italian manufacturer who moved to Albania and became an Albanian citizen. He then placed it on her head, receiving a thank you from the Prime Minister who hugged him.

As for the agreement signed, which provides for the production of green energy in Albania and its transport to Italy , "I am personally proud of this initiative, which tangibly shows how new forms of cooperation can be built even between partners who may seem distant, at least geographically", said Meloni.
