Hours of anxiety in Australia for the disappearance of a four-year-old girl from a campsite.
The little girl was on vacation with her mother and father in Macleod, in the western part of the country. She would have fallen asleep with her family in the tent, but when the two parents opened their eyes shortly after 6 in the morning, the baby was gone. With her, the sleeping bag also disappeared, which makes voluntary removal unlikely.
In the photo released by the police, Cleo has two pigtails and a white tank top with a gold heart. The image of the child immediately went around the world, in a story that unfortunately recalls the sadly known one of little Maddie McCann , never found again.
Police have expressed "serious concerns" about his fate.
The agents, with the assistance of drones and planes, continue to search the area.
