Twist of the scene in Great Britain: for the first time since 1963 it will not be Queen Elizabeth to read the so-called “Queen's Speech”, the government program exhibited on the occasion of the inauguration in United Chambers of the new parliamentary session.

The 96-year-old sovereign will be replaced by her son Charles , heir to the throne, as confirmed by a note from Buckingham Palace which also underlines that the decision was made on the recommendation of doctors, for precautionary reasons. And the queen had to accept "reluctantly".
