Donald Trump spent "hours" at Jeffrey Epstein's home with a woman he described as a victim of his sex trafficking and "knew about the girls" of the late pedophile financier. Epstein himself wrote this in a new batch of emails published by Democrats on the House Oversight Committee and revealed by CNN and the New York Times.
According to the Daily Mail, that woman is Virginia Giuffre, one of the main accusers in the Epstein case, who committed suicide at the age of 41.
Epstein mentions Trump several times in private correspondence over the past fifteen years with his then-girlfriend and accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell.
The emails, addressed not only to Maxwell— convicted of child sex trafficking after Epstein's death —but also to author Michael Wolff, also contain a message in which Epstein claims that Trump "knew about the girls," an apparent allusion to the ring of minors Epstein allegedly lured to Mar-a-Lago. This claim contradicts Trump's claim that he kicked the financier out of his Florida club for "stealing" some of his employees, including Virginia Giuffre, according to newly released communications.
The emails were released Wednesday by Democrats on the House Oversight Committee, who obtained them after issuing a subpoena for Epstein's estate earlier this year.
