Alessandro Di Battista arrived at the Hermanos Ameijeiras Hospital in Havana, one of the island's best facilities. The former Five Star Movement MEP arrived in an ambulance that took him to the Cuban capital from the Santa Clara hospital where he was admitted on Friday evening.

ANSA reports. Di Battista arrived lucid at the Havana hospital , where he was able to answer several questions from medical staff, nurses, and doctors. Arrived on a stretcher, the former Five Star Movement MEP is on the 19th floor of the hospital. Doctors immediately measured his vital signs there. He is currently undergoing further specialist checks.
