The anti-Semitic shame staged at the last derby in the capital was heavily sanctioned. A 5-year-old Daspo who wore the Hitlerson shirt, a German citizen who was a Lazio sympathizer, in addition to the life-long banishment from the stadium, decided by Lazio, also of two other fans who performed Roman greetings and anti-Semitic chants.

The German supporter was identified by viewing the cameras which, among other things, had immortalized him a few minutes before the Rome derby in a pub in the Ponte Milvio area. Wearing the Hitlerson 88 shirt, he waited for the kick-off in the company of some Lazio fans. From there he reached the Olympic stadium and just before entering the stadium, a few moments before going through the turnstiles, he put on a green jacket to hide the shirt with that chilling writing. Precautions that were not sufficient to avoid being identified by the men of the Digos. The man who on Sunday had himself photographed in the Monte Mario grandstand with the shirt praising the Fuhrer is a German citizen in his 40s.

The investigators have reconstructed all of his movements, thanks also to the work of the Scientific Police and the agents of the Prati police station, analyzing the many cameras present in the area around the stadium. The man is accused by the Rome Public Prosecutor's Office of violating the Mancino law on inciting racial hatred. The Quaestor issued a five-year Daspo against him on the basis of an investigation by the Anti-Crime Division.

The day after, the "Lazio sympathizer" boarded a plane that took him back to Berlin after staying for at least two days in a hotel in the Prati area. For him, what happened on Sunday evening is the second episode of a criminal nature within the Olimpico. In 2009, in fact, together with a compatriot he invaded the playing field always during the match between Roma and Lazio. Also in that case, a complaint was triggered at the end of a day in which there were scuffles between the fans outside the stadium, near the Tribuna Tevere.

Claudio Lotito's Lazio "will apply with strictness of the code of ethics and will order the non-appreciation, therefore the removal for life from the stadium and will appear as a civil party for the request for damages in any criminal proceedings that will follow".
