World Athletics Championships: Kaddari and Tortu out in the 200-meter heats
The two sprinters failed to reach the semifinals, leaving the Quartese very disappointed: "The time doesn't reflect me."

Dalia Kaddari and Filippo Tortu eliminated in the 200m heats at the World Athletics Championships underway in Tokyo .
The sprinter from Quartu finished her heat in fifth place with a time of 23''11 , insufficient to meet the repechage times and advance to the next round.
Kaddari was very disappointed, and her immediate comments were: " The time didn't reflect me ; I had a bit of an unlucky lane. I took a more controlled turn, but I felt like I could move up well. But all of this isn't enough for a World Championship semifinal. It's a shame because I thought I could do well ."
Shortly after, another disappointment with the elimination of Filippo Tortu, who was not at his best and finished the heat in fifth place with 20″49 .
These are his immediate words: "I shouldn't have done this race, but it's hard to give up. I gave it my all. I made a good turn, but then my right leg got really stiff. The good thing is that I managed to finish the race, but not in a way that I'm satisfied with."
