Same defeat with the same difference as the first leg, but with a different score: in Madrid Estudiantes concedes an encore over the Sassari team, 64-47. The Spanish team remains leaders with maximum points, Dinamo Women is still second but will have to win one of the remaining two matches to ensure they pass the group stage of the women's Eurocup.

Confused start, with many shooting errors by both teams. Dinamo concedes a few too many offensive rebounds to the hosts: 13-11 in the first quarter, with Hollingshead coast to coast and it is an acceptable gap given the 3/12 shooting from open play.

The Sassari team continues to struggle with shooting, but at least they take advantage of the free throws to avoid being too far behind the Spanish team: 21-14 in the 14th minute. The Estudiantes defense continues to harness the Sassari attack which for eight minutes never scores from open play, but only from the foul line. In the final, winger Sara Crudo goes wild and grabs the equalizer and then Carangelo's nice cut allows Dinamo Women to go into the break with the lead: 23-25. A surprising advantage if you consider that, apart from Hollingshead, the other foreign players have not yet scored from open play.

Upon returning, a triple from the Massey center revives Madrid who continue to obscure the basket for Carangelo and his teammates. Sassari never scores, Estudiantes scores two triples with Whittle and runs away: 38-26 in the 28th minute.

Sassari also ends up at -16 but doesn't stop fighting to try to climb back up. Joens' freest entry makes it 51-45 with two minutes to go. But there isn't enough time.
