The "Ferragosto Escalaplanese" program, scheduled for August 12th to 17th, continues to be packed . As stated in a statement from the organizing committee, chaired by Giovanni Mereu , "it is a traditional event packed with cultural, musical, and entertainment events, a must-see for residents and visitors, showcasing Sardinian culture and offering fun for all ages. "Ferragosto Escalaplanese" stands out for its ability to combine respect for tradition with the offering of modern, appealing shows."

The event will kick off on August 12th with the authentic sounds of the traditional musical group "Cuncordia a Tenore di Orlando Maxia," who will enchant the audience with their tenore singing, a profound expression of Sardinian musical culture. The "Emigrant's Festival" will take place on the 13th, "a touching and meaningful moment dedicated to our fellow citizens scattered around the world." The evening will be accompanied by the unmistakable music of Piero Marras , an icon of Sardinian singer-songwriter music.

On August 14th, the evening will ignite with an explosion of youthful energy. "Il Pagante" will take to the stage , guaranteeing fun and catchy rhythms, followed by vibrant DJ sets from Debora Savasto, Extjna, and DJ Chris Loi, who will get the square dancing until late at night.

The day of Ferragosto will be dedicated to both faith and music . In the afternoon, the celebration of Mass will be followed by an evocative procession, featuring groups in Sardinian costume, riflemen, and knights on horseback. The entire procession will be accompanied by Orlando Maxia's launeddas group. In the evening, the fun will continue with a special double concert featuring the powerful and moving voice of Fiordaliso and a performance by Shade , the artist who has won over the younger crowd with his unique style and hits. DJ sets by DJ Thomc and DJ Bessio will keep the square dancing until late at night.

The penultimate evening, August 16th, will feature the irresistible comedian Antonio Correa with his show "Il Bis Molleggiato," promising laughter and entertainment. The evening will culminate with the long-awaited lottery drawing, which will reward the lucky winners with thrills and prizes.

The festival will conclude on August 17th with an afternoon dedicated entirely to children. The square will be transformed into a fun area with children's games, providing moments of joy and fun for all families.

On the occasion of the "Ferragosto Escalaplanese" (Ferragosto), the "Oreste Pili" House of Culture will be open to the public every day from Monday to Friday . The exhibitions can be visited both in the House of Culture and in the rooms of the Town Hall. Throughout the event, it will be possible to admire the exhibition of sacred images from around the world, the "Faces of Sardinia" exhibition by Stella Agus, and the exhibition of river landscapes by Francesco Cuccuru .
