The Campo Largo roundtable is underway at the regional headquarters of the Democratic Party and should end with the investiture of Alessandra Todde (M5S) as candidate for the presidency of the Region. Absent are Liberu and Più Europa and the Progressivists, who will participate in Renato Soru's convention the day after tomorrow.

«We hope that today Alessandra Todde's candidacy can be made official within a still very broad coalition to start from today a new inclusive path also towards those political formations that in recent days are posing questions that can certainly be resolved , taking into account that the real objective is the alternative to the worst government that Sardinia has ever had", explained the democratic secretary Piero Comandini before the summit.

On Soru's official candidacy: «Yes, another official candidate who I believe is one of the people that Alessandra Todde will have to meet immediately because united we win and divided we lose».

Ettore Licheri, regional coordinator and senator of the M5S, said that «we have reached the last mile. This is a table that does not close a cycle but begins one, a cycle of discussion that will continue with a broad coalition: we will work so that in the end we all go to the elections united."
