The two ovens, from 9.30 onwards, will be open to visitors and you will be able to watch the preparation and baking phases of various types of bread .

The courtyard in via Umberto, set up for the occasion, will host the writer and anthropologist Claudia Zedda from 10am who will talk about women, bread, worship and tradition, rites and history.

After baking, the bread will be blessed and distributed to all guests , accompanied by excellent products offered by exhibitors and local producers. Wines included.
