Sardinia is among the taillights in prevention and vaccination campaign. For this reason, the Region has decided to start an experiment for administrations in pharmacies, allocating 65 thousand euros ad hoc.
This was underlined by the regional health councillor Armando Bartolazzi , commenting on the budget variation approved by the regional council which also provides for approximately 200 million euros for the sector.
"All the measures approved in variation - explains Bartolazzi - add a step towards the road back to a more efficient, more effective and closer to the citizen healthcare. I cite the example of the funds to introduce on an experimental basis the possibility of getting vaccinated in pharmacies: 65 thousand euros for a measure that - the councilor highlighted - intends to make the vaccination campaign widespread in all the territories of the island, reaching even the less served areas and incentivizing prevention in which Sardinia is at the bottom of the list in Italy".
As for the other allocations, Bartolazzi speaks of «important results, which reward our determination to find rapid and concrete solutions to problems never faced before» ( HERE THE DETAILS ).
