Municipality, associations, clubs and artisans: all together for a XV edition which for four days will offer an immersive experience in the historic center of Sassari, where - despite the difficulties - the soul and traditions still live. From 24 to 27 the "Weekend dei Gusti" is back, a well-attended event organized by the Taribari association with the contribution of the regional councilorship for Tourism and the Chamber of Commerce with the Salude and Trigu Project.

There are five food and wine itineraries with 40 tasting points and 11 taste, arts and crafts workshops. Among these, the novelty born thanks to the collaboration with Intergremio of the three workshops dedicated to candlesticks: one to learn how to make bora bora, the colorful garlands that decorate votive candles together with flowers and banisters; another will show how a drum is made, the instrument that gives the rhythm to the Faradda; the third workshop will teach the steps used by the candlestick bearers and is rightly called "Fallu Baddà".

The event was presented this morning at Palazzo Ducale in the presence of the Councilor for Culture Laura Useri and the Councilor for Productive Activities Alessandra Corda.
