Two thousand attendees in Sassari for the Researchers' Night
The University proposed 28 activities including laboratories, interactive games and workshops
Likes scientific research. Especially when it is offered in an attractive manner with exhibits, scientific laboratories, workshops, interactive discussion games and board games. As many as two thousand people in the Quadrilatero University Center yesterday for the European Night of Researchers, also this year organized by SHARPER (SHAring Researches' Passion for Enhanced Roadmaps).
28 activities were organized in the spaces of the Quadrilatero's Law teaching center and over 150 researchers from the Sassari university, teachers and students participated as scientific animators in organizing the event.
The workshops and activities by reservation, scheduled for schools on Friday morning, were sold out, with more than 1300 secondary school students taking part. The streaming activities in the online marathon concerned the final four of Sumo Science , a challenge whose protagonists were a researcher from the University of Sassari, the physiologist Francesca Ginatempo: in the end Francesca Garaventa of the CNR won.
Finally, Lula's afternoon connections with the researchers and professionals guests of the Municipality, candidate to place the Einstein Telescope in the Sos Enattos Mine, were very popular.
